The afternoon goes deeper — team orchestra mapping, shared noise patterns identified, TUNE applied at both individual and team level.
Best for senior teams who want a full-day working session that changes not just individuals but the way the team operates together. The shared language that comes from a full-day session stays in the room long after the day is over.

Format 3 — Most Immersive

A deep immersive experience for senior leadership teams ready to do the real work. Day one delivers the keynote and individual orchestra audit. Day two goes into the team — shared noise patterns, alignment mapping, values at team level. Day three is the integration — 90-day commitments, retuning roadmaps, and the leadership question that changes how they go back into the organisation.
Residential settings are preferred — removing people from their normal environment removes the noise that normally prevents the real conversation from happening. This format consistently produces the deepest, most durable change.

For leaders who want to go deeper than a workshop allows. The 1:1 coaching programme is built on the same orchestra framework — but applied to one person's specific life, instruments, and noise sources over a sustained period.
Most participants begin with a keynote or workshop and enter coaching because they want to apply the framework properly to their own orchestra rather than generally. The coaching begins where the keynote ends.
Coaching is available as a standalone offering or as an add-on to any retreat or workshop programme.
